- Oil for cooking
- Onion
- Garlic
- Chili peppers
- Cumin or caraway

Preparation:

Heat the oil in a pan.

Add the onions and fry them.

Add the garlic, chili peppers, cumin and fry well for a couple of minutes while stirring.

Then add the Marinara sauce, season with pepper and fry.

Add the eggs and fry until ready.

Top up with parsley or coriander and serve in a skillet.
