For 4 servings
- 1200 g of pork bacon
- 8 large onions
- 2 tablespoons of paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder
- 1 l of water
- 1 tablespoon of salt

Cut the bacon skin off and dice the meat into 4-5 cm cubes.
Place the bacon in a container with salt and water solution and leave to marinate for at least 6-8 hours.
Peel and slice the onions.
Add cayenne and paprika powder.
Thread the prepared shashlik meat on a skewer.
Cook on a grill at 200 °C for about 20-30 minutes. Regularly turn the skewers.
