“You probably couldn’t imagine a Lithuanian holiday without Olivier salad, the taste of we strongly remember since childhood. It is a dish, the recipes of which we will pass on from generation to generation, and today we share our own, which will be a great addition to your table.”
For 4 servings
  • 5 potatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 quail eggs
  • 2 pickles
  • 1 glass of canned peas
  • 1 onion
  • 5 tbsp. of KĖDAINIŲ KONSERVAI Traditional mayonnaise
  • Salt, pepper, parsley
Preparation:

Boil carrots and potatoes unpeeled until ready.

 Drain the water, allow to cool, then peel.

Dice the carrots, potatoes, pickles, onions and eggs.

Drain the peas. Mix peas with onions and pickles.

Layer the ingredients and season.

Presentation:
Layer in a glass – a layer of potatoes, a layer of carrots, a layer of peas mixed with onions and pickles, top up with mayonnaise and cut up eggs. Use half of a quail egg for finishing decoration.
