When you want some sunshine, you can make the sun yourself: fluffy cottage cheese pancakes with mango, served with strawberries and banana sauce, which will fulfil your gourmet imaginations and dreams about sunny days. Easy, recipe and you can serve it as a dessert!
For 2 servings
  • 90 g of melted butter
  • 250 g of flour
  • 250 g of puréed mango
  • 100 g of sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tbsp. of KĖDAINIŲ KONSERVAI banana pancake sauce
  • 15 g of baking powder
  • 180 g of minced cottage cheese
  • a pinch of salts
  • a couple of strawberries
  • 5 tbls. of KĖDAINIŲ KONSERVAI banana pancake sauce (for serving)
Place all the ingredients except the egg whites and strawberries in a blender and blend everything well. Let the dough rest for about 20 minutes.
Cut the strawberries into small pieces, add to the dough and stir.
Separately, whisk the egg whites. Then combine them with the dough.
Bake small pancakes on a non-stick surface pan. Serve with KĖDAINIŲ KONSERVAI banana pancake sauce.
Tips from Alfas:
- If you do not have a mango, you can use mashed bananas for pancakes.
- You can add banana pieces to the dough instead of strawberries, but the strawberry pieces in the pancakes will look nicer. You can add half strawberries and half bananas, or add your favourite berries. • If you do not like it sweet, you can mix the sauce with natural yoghurt.
- You can also bake pancakes in a waffle maker.
