Some Lithuanian dishes unite us and we all know them so well. We present a recipe for fluffy cottage cheese pancakes with raspberry jam that you can share with your family.

- 500 g of cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 100-200 g wheat flour
- 4 tbsp. sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp. kefir
- Oil for cooking
- Additionally: fresh berries, yoghurt, powdered sugar

In a bowl, mince the cottage cheese, add eggs and sugar.

Then add flour, a pinch of salt and combine the ingredients using a wooden spoon. Add flour just enough to make the dough soft. The amount may vary depending on the moisture content of the cottage cheese.

Place a spoonful of dough on a cutting board sprinkled with flour, make round patties, cover then in flour and fry in heated oil.

Serve the pancakes on a beautiful plate with berries, yoghurt and KĖDAINIŲ KONSERVAI Raspberry jam. Enjoy!
