- 60 g of BBQ spice mix
- 2 kg of pork ribs; 60 g of salt
- 2 l of water
- 100 g of fresh rosemary
- 3 garlic heads
- 30 g of bay leaves

- 50 ml of olive oil
Preparation:

Mix water with salt and pour over the ribs, make sure it covers everything.

Add garlic, rosemary, bay leaves and leave overnight in the refrigerator to marinate.

Sprinkle with oil, rub with spice mixture and wrap tightly in foil.

Bake for about 3-4 hours, at the end brush the ribs with KĖDAINIŲ KONSERVAI Chipotle BBQ sauce and grill for a few minutes.
