The management of Kėdainių konservų fabrikas took the major decision to eliminate the use of caged chicken eggs in its own brands products by 2025.
“We have been consistently increasing the proportion of free-range eggs in our mayonnaise production for a number of years. This change is a big challenge for us, but by taking this sustainable step, we will be sure that we are contributing to the welfare of the animals and to the future of us all,” says Saulius Urbonas, CEO of Kėdainių konservų fabrikas.
